A four-day workshop in which we will seek to dissolve the fears and issues most of us have around the biggest taboo: facing our demise.
Featuring meditative methods and structures, this workshop is a unique opportunity to explore the challenges of life and death and to discover the possibility of personal transformation. Just as is any work focused on inner growth, this workshop is emotionally confronting and yet, in a loving milieu that is created, also meditative and deeply supportive.
Participants can gain a new understanding of death, a renewed sense of gratitude for life and the inspiration to start living in a way that is more personally fulfilling.
